However, it can be used by any family, as it is easy to customize and tailor to your schedule. Aimed at providing opportunities for the child to encounter Jesus Christ, the Living Word, this catechesis program will help you build a legacy of Faith in your home.
Into the Deep contains 72 Presentations (or lessons) and you can space and pace those according to your desire. While Level One is written toward 1st-3rd graders, this can easily be used as whole-family catechesis or during your morning time.

I have just bought Into the Deep level one. Although I will not start using it until the next school year, I really love the content, the format and the simplicity of the materials. I look forward to using it in the coming school year.

I am a Level 1 and 2 Catechesis of the Good Shepherd catechist and have desired a way to bring a little of that type of catechesis into my home without all the needed materials that go with it AND to be able to bring my 5 and 9 year olds together without sacrificing depth for my 9 year old or going over my 5 year olds head. This is a tall order, but Into the Deep has fulfilled it thoroughly and beautifully. I’m able to create an environment and then just open the book and begin our time together pondering the Lord’s Word. It incorporates Scripture, creativity, art, music, prayer, and silence effortlessly. Best of all, my children look forward to starting our day together with Into the Deep. The only thing I wish is that I would have had this with my older girls. Thank you for creating Into the Deep!

I purchased this for my kindergartner for our first year of homeschooling, and I plan on incorporating it for at least 2 years into our morning time. We are 2 weeks in and I am absolutely loving it so far. I love that it incorporates scripture, prayer, song, and poetry and that it’s all laid out for me so that I don’t have to put a bunch of pieces together each morning! I also love the book suggestions and daily ideas for related deep dives into various subjects which I envision really leaning into as the kids get older. I can tell this is a resource that I am going to come back to year after year.

Very enjoyable. We have been doing the program for 3 weeks now. I have tried other religious education programs and none felt right for homeschooling. This one was made for homeschooling and is definitely the right fit! I have utilized the picture book recommendations with each lesson and it has brought a fun, well- rounded experience for the kids. Looking forward to the rest of the program and growing with my children in the knowledge and love of Christ through His Church.
