Returns

If you would like to return an item, please email us at hello@intothedeep.co. 

Items returned without an initial email request cannot be accepted. Returns must be made within 14 calendar days after the day you receive the item. Items must be returned in original packaging. You are responsible for paying shipping for the return. Once we receive the package and ensure the item is not damaged, we will issue a refund through your original method of payment. We cannot issue refunds on digital items.
