I Am the Lord's: A Lectio Divina Journal for Women

**Buy 2 or more, get 10% off! Buying more than 5? Contact us about bulk discounts. The chaos of the world, the flesh, and the devil clamors to lie to us about who we are.Conversely, in the silence of intimate prayer, God waits to remind us of who we truly arein Him. “I am the Lord’s.” (Isaiah 44:5) Our best selling lectio divina journal for women, A Light & A Lamp, was so popular, we've created a second edition to guide you on a path of conversation with God about WHO you truly are in His eyes. Women who soak in Scripture live differently. The Saints understood this, and it's why their writings overflow with Bible verses they have contemplated over and over. The Church invites us to do the same. This journal helps. Lectio divina is an ancient practice rooted in the early Church. The purpose is to pray with Scripture, allowing the Lord to speak to us through His Word. This is the method of Bible reading employed by Saints throughout the history of the Church! What to Expect: We made this lectio divina journal for all Catholic women. Go at your own pace. Each spread walks you through the four movements of lectio divina: Lectio (Reading) Meditatio (Meditation) Oratio (Prayer) Contemplatio (Contemplation) With intentional, repetitive prompting questions, you will build the habit of prayerful reflection on the Word of God. We provide 40 carefully-selected Scripture passages that engage the imagination and lend themselves well to this prayer. Then, we leave you 40 blank pages where you can select your own Scripture passage with which to pray (the daily Mass readings are a great place to start)! The journal has: Hard, linen cover with gold foil Satin ribbon for marking your place Thick interior pages that stand up to pens and highlighters Our hope is that this journal will help open our minds and hearts even more fully to God and that He will continue to transform our hearts by the light of His Word! Want one for your child, too? Check out our bundle!
